Project description: Construction of a modern medical clinic in the city of Bishkek, opposite the Republican Infectious Diseases Hospital, with the subsequent formation of a single medical hub providing a range of medical services to the population of the city of Bishkek and surrounding areas. The estimated total development area is 4,000 sq.m.
Location: Central part of Bishkek, area of Kulatov Street, opposite the main entrance of the Republican Infectious Diseases Hospital.
Current status of the project: The land plot has been purchased, there is a “red book”, a preliminary design has been prepared. The concept of the clinic was developed taking into account the current needs for medical services in the city of Bishkek.
Financial conditions: Investments on an equity basis.
