Project description: Construction of an innovative academic and tourism center in the center of Karakol, including co-working space, educational, hotel and recreational facilities. Total area up to 3,000 sq.m.
Location: Karakol city center, 30,000 sq.m.
Current status of the project: The land plot is owned by the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM), the working project is under development. The project was included in the Investment Plan for Sustainable Development of the International University of the Kyrgyz Republic and was approved through the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Property Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Financial conditions: Investments on an equity basis.
